CSS style – Navigation menu font size

I’ve been trying to edit
theme-ff99c7.css file for editing Navigation menu font size ( Theme – Kalolia).
I changed it and update on server with FTP program. but it is not updated.

I changed file attribute permission 777 … but still it is not working at all .

1. Which css file do i need to modify for changing navigation menu font size?
2. If I revised right file .. why it is not updated and not working ? what should i do?
