contact page layout problem

Hello,

I have problem with contact page layout. When i click in contact page in normaly step in menu the url adress is https://kiwikawa.pl/kontakt and all layout is ok.

But when i go to contact page from support e-mail (when support in shop answer to my question) the url contact page have parameter:
https://kiwikawa.pl/kontakt?id_customer_thread=10&token=xBCn85x4gKOZ

and my layout is broken and contact form text area is in one column.

Print screen in attachment of two layouts. Please help
