conflict with snsevon_Megamenu_Admin

I use plugin if menu but when I activate this plugin ,It isn’t working.it tell me “If Menu detected a conflict with another plugin or theme (snsevon_Megamenu_Admin) and may not work as expected. Read more about the issue here”

I don’t know why it doesn’t work , How to fix it ?
