Color theme /footer problem

Hi,

I recently purchased your theme and I think I’ve found a problem with the “theme color”. Whenever I change the default color(#ffb197) to my preference and refresh the page, the website doesn’t open at all. Have you noticed it?

Also, it seems like the footer area is not working as it should be. I’d like to add more widget to the footer in my main page, but it won’t let me do it. They only have 2 widgets in customize section(pic attached). And yes I tried the “Widget” area inside the “Appearance”(pic attached). In “Widget Area”, there are several widgets, but none of them are working but only two which is “Main Header” and “Footer Box #3”.

Can you please fix these problems as soon as possible if possible?
