Checkout Process Stock

I have multiple issues with the checkout.
– Can’t sign in as a registered customer or Does not move past the Address Selection when the User is Logged in
– Does not move past the Billing Information when the Customer registers for an account.
– The Loader should be changed to the Theme Loader.
