changing footer

Hello Support,

Can you please tell me how I can make a second footer below the original footer?

So I want below the titels
– INFORMATIE
– SHIPPING INFO
– STYLE ADVISOR
– CONTACT

a new footer with 4 columns.

And where can I remove in the footer the text > Designed by SNSTheme.Com.
