Changing a message..

One more question guys, we have set the stock level to 5 for some products (its just an example); when the user is trying to purchase 6 on the product page, a messabe box pops-up in the middle of the screen saying “The maximum quantity allowed for purchase is 5.”

We would like to be able to change this message; would you be able to advise us on where to find it?
