change forgotten page is showing empty

HI team ,

Step1: http://188.166.249.87/companystore/index.php/customer/account/login
Step 2: click on forgot password
Step 3: Check access info I write step4 and step5
Step 6 : open customer support email and then click reset password .
Step 7 : after clicking its showing empty page. I attached screenshot . please check once.

Note: i checked original live demo mosera theme also . It is also showing empty page .
