Change for MoMenuHtml

I want to change MoMenuHtml function or MenuHtml function (in Mainmenu.php) for force to have subcategory with “+” icon on all Parent category, but only for iphone/tablet (inside <div id=”menu_offcanvas” class=”offcanvas”> ) not for main menu with PC

how can i change this please ? I tried without success
