Change Entire Blog Post Showing Up On Blogroll

Hey! I am using the blog masonry style. However, I have links to certain blog categories on my site. When I sort by category, it shows a long list of my blogs in that category, but literally shows the entire blog. No one would even need to click on any certain blog to read it which is bad for my retargeting. I also think it looks terrible. How do I change this to show a short blog excerpt and not the entire blog on the list? Or can I change it to show up in the masonry style? That’s what I would really like to do. Thanks!
