Category Layout issues after update

After updating WooCommerce theme templates the category layouts are not functioning. I’ve had to pause traffic coming to the site for over 2 weeks while trying to find out what’s caused the issue. Now i can’t even change between list view or grid view. All products are lined up vertically which in a way is better than the staggered appearance which i was experiencing earlier. I must have this issue resolved as soon as possible. How can i accomplish this?
