Can't send e-mail

Order e-mail is not sent.
I searched for web for solution and I set CRON on my website, but it still doesn’t work.
Even by clicking “Send Email” button in admin sales > orders, an e-mail is not sent.
But by checking “Email Copy of Invoice” on “New Invoice for Order” page and clicking “submit invoice” button, it’s invoice mail is sent.
Please teach me how to fix.
