Can't import throught WordPress Importer

Hi,
I’m using a wordpress instalation on a local web host on my pc.
First, i tried to import the demo content through Theme’s Demo Importer, but at all the times it got stucked at 50%, when importing “All Contents”.
So, i decided to import manually, accordingly to your documentation. Every thing was imported nicely, except for “All contents” import. It shows a PHP Notice: “wp_get_http is deprecated since version 4.4.0. Use WP_Http” and a Fatal Error: “Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in … wp-db.php”.
This fatal error doesn’t make any sense because i’ve set the php.ini variables max_execution_time and max_input_time to 1800.
I restarted the my local host many times and those values are set in phpinfo().

Help me import theme’s demo content without errors!
