blocknewsletter (Popup + footer block) cache problem

Hi,

I have a multilingual store and blocknewsletter translated to some languages. When I activate smarty cache in the BO and then I change language in the FO, all modules and site works well except blocknewsletter, that always shows the same language (in Popup and footer block)

The temporary solution: disable cache. Any solution?

In addition to that problem, the site is extremly slow even activating the cache
