    Well…

    Depending to your support policy, you DO NOT Support the customers within 1 Working day, not even 5 Working days, as I can see a lot of not answered question, which are older the one month!!!

    There was also an unsatisfied user, which you have deleted his posts…
    As I can comprehend, you are jsut answering the very easy questions, seems that the support team might not be qualified enough to do troubleshooting and forward these kind of questions to ONE developer!

    HOWEVER….
    If I don’t get any answer until the next 24 Hours to ALL of my questions, I’ll write in any community I’m in (and I’m in a lot of communities, as I do eCommerce) a bad assessment, and will recommend not to use your Products or services!

    It’s up to and your service now how I’ll react.
