Backoffice file manager not loading

Hi:

Prestashop version: 1.6.0.14

Configure “SNS Nova Theme” module: Header

When I click the file manager icon (a folder) to choose a file for setting my custom logo, a blank frame is shown and I can’t use the file manager (please see attached screenshot).
