attribute colors.

Hi,
We have purchased the theme Evon (purchased key: a5e439cd-4312-4b4e-90c6-xxx – 20 Dec 2018) we have activated under the domain http://emporiomare.gr/new.
We are facing some serious problems with the attribute colors. More specifically:
1. On the option color picker they do not work – cannot change the color.
2. Except of the basic colors, how can we add new ones?
3. They appear only in ENGLISH and not in Greek (or any other language) which they appear in white.
