Another font question and language

Hi there,

Maybe I’m a little annoying, but I’ve a few more questions.. :p

1. How can I change the colours of the text in the vertical menu (dropdown) on top? (with purple arrow), and the same question for my second screenshot, also designated with purple arrow.

2. How can I change the words “View cart” or “Check Out” for example? Not only these words, but I want to translate all English words to Dutch.
