align product boxes

on my site how can we ensure that all the product thumbnails boxes are aligned so they not all different sizes as we did the image resize and crop and still a lot of the thumbnail boxes are not aligned and different sizes which doesn’t look great

please help and send us any code that can fix this issue to make all boxes same size and aligned nicely and all images same size
