Add to Cart jQuery not updating in View cart Page

I am using SNS Anton theme purchased.

But from homepage I am adding product using the jQuery button to cart. The top header part is showing Item added. But when I am clicking “View cart” button. It is going to Cart page with no items or empty cart , for the first time. And this error is only in Chrome desktop and mobile versions. Other browser is fine.

But we come to same product or to another product to add , the second time Cart page shows 2 Qty.

Hosting is in Godaddy Managed-WP hosting and HTTPS and CDN also enabled.
