We say not to make changes because in the past someone from SNS did and we had to spend close to 100 hours to redo the whole website as all our formatting was lost.
Also we can’t change the Package and Theme to default as it would break the site completely. It’s not a practical solution. Is there anything else you can think of to help resolve this issue?
