I checked again.
That file is missing in version 1.0.0
I also downloaded update 1.0.1 and this file is included in Theme folder. But the file is missing in the upgrade zip (upgrade1.0.0-1.0.1.zip). So even when I uploaded changed files I didn’t get this one. 🙂
