I understand that you do not need to import the sample data with QuickStart.
When I follow the documentation it directs you to a youtube video (link below). 1 minute into the video it asks you to go to PHPMyAdmin and create a database. This part is not working for me as the version I have of PHPMyAdmin is different.
Is there a way to use the quickstart install without creating this database?
