It’s not the reason. Because in file: app/design/frontend/sns_kalolia/default/template/sns/blocks/partners.phtml has code
<div class="our_partners" style="display: none;">
It mean it dont show. And when document ready javascript will display: block it
To increase speed for your site please try enable cache. If your site still slow please use module about full cache page
