I’m using version SNS Nova 3.0, in magento 1.9.1.1
The problem i think is with your theme. I also can translate in frontend: System -> Configuration -> Developer -> Translate inline -> Enabled for Frontend
It only appears like this: {{{My Account}}{{My Account}}{{My Account}}{{Mage_Customer}}}
