The cause of this may be your permission on your host. Please try to set the permission of these file below to 777 (you have to set via Cpanel or SSH):
app\code\local\Sns\Facebook\Block\List.php
app\design\frontend\default\sns_korion\template\sns\facebook\default.phtml
