1/ You can manage the large banners at the static blocks: luxury_slide_h2_html1, luxury_slide_h2_html2, luxury_slide_h2_html3, and the small banners at the static block luxury_bannerpage3_01. You should refer our document and possition image for more clearly.

2/ Normally, Magento site is slow. Please enable Cache on Admin and try to use module full cache page to increase speed. You can install:
