Please see my screenshot: http://monosnap.com/image/1HF0j4yw3XOI2tQWfq2f70E08MqJ3u with 3 red frame, we’ve added to custom cache, i think it will optimize speed for magento site. If you wanna dont use our custom cache, you can remove it ==> that block will use default magento.
