Dear,
Block in custom menu items will be hidden on mobile menu.
This is feature of this, If you want to show all, you can edit in modules/snsmegamenu/snsmegamenu.tpl
Find and remove
$('#sns_mommenu').find('.wrap_dropdown.fullwidth').remove();
Also, We do not guarantee style of it with this changes.
