Yes, the code ‘<product_order_by>best_sales</product_order_by>’ will filter the ordered products, order by the number sales. You can edit to ‘<product_order_by>create_at</product_order_by>’ to show all the products.
The title and the text, you can edit at the tags <title>, <pretext>.
