Hi,
– To remove the language, please go to the admin -> System-> Manager store, choose the storeviews that you want to remove, click ‘Delete Store View’, then continue click ‘Delete Store View’.
– To remove the currency, please go to the System-> Configuration-> Curency setup >> Allowed Currencies, deselect the currency that you want to remove (hold Ctrl + click).
