Please try to find with the key ‘#sns_custommenu ul.mainnav li.level0 > a’, which container the code like below
font-weight: bold;
display: block;
padding: 0 22px;
position: relative;
then change 22px to 15px or another one that you see properly.
However you should not add too much the item into Main menu.
