To solve this, please go to the file skin\frontend\default\sns_ostore\css\theme-xxx.css which is currently using on your site, find with the key ‘@media (min-width: 992px) and (max-width: 1199px)’, which container the tag ‘#sns_custommenu ul.mainnav li.level0 > a’, replace the code
