Hi,
1. Edit error text ‘Adress’. you go to file app/design/frontend/sns_paris/default/template/page/html/footer.phtml
2. Clock icons not showing ==> you go to CMS > Static Blocks > paris_hours then you add icon
<i class="fa-li fa fw fa-clock-o"> </i> before text
3. Text below is: Lorem Ipsum ==> you go to file and edit text : app/design/frontend/sns_paris/default/template/sns/blocks/socials.phtml
4.You go to System > Configuration > Design > You find Footer and edit text
If you want display the social sharing buttons, you can disable or enable SNS Theme > SNS Paris > Social
