Hi,
To change the name of them, please go to the CMS >> Pages, choose the page ‘home page’ which you are currently using. Click the tab ‘Design’, and find with the key ‘<title>Lastest Products</title>’ at the ‘Layout Update XML’, you can edit there. And the same to the remaining ones.
