It’s possible. To add filter by category, you can add attribute is product_category
Example:
<title>Draadloze Headsets</title>
<product_category>42</product_category>
<product_order_by>created_at</product_order_by>
<pretext></pretext>
With 42 is category id of Draadloze Headsets
