Hi,thanks.
following your advice some things are resolved and no other.

These are the problems:
1 – When I installed the theme instructions “change file adminThemesController.php” as documentation I could not do it, because in the file there were no lines of code to be changed . I attach zipped file . My version of PS is 1.6.0.9 .
What does this change ?

2 When I open the site with a browser I get the message Geocode was not successful for the Following reason : Zero_Results
What can I do to remove this error message ?
The template is loaded , but opens this pop up

3. I don’t view the image in the template with demo sample.
Is correct? I attachment the screenshot.
