Thanks for the code and snapshot (I find the snapshot very helpful).
Unfortunately the code provided did not solve the problem. After pasting in the code exactly as directed and flushing the cache, I received a “white screen” when going to my website.
See enclosed snapshot of my List.php after adding in the code.
