Sorry, the SNS Nova theme does not support showing the previous and next icon in product image sliding.
About the product zoom button, to hide it, please go to the file app\design\frontend\default\sns_nova\template\catalog\product\view\media.phtml, and add the code bellow
allow_expand: false,
to right after the code
social_tools: false,
