To solve this problem, pleae go to the file app\design\frontend\sns_aio\default\layout\catalog.xml, find with the text ‘<catalog_product_view translate=”label”>, then replace the inside code bellow
<action method="setTemplate"><template>page/2columns-right.phtml</template></action>
By:
<action method="setTemplate"><template>page/1column.phtml</template></action>
