We’ve checked on firefox(MAC), and not seen error like your video.

However, if you want always keep Menu show, please go to the file: skin\frontend\default\sns_lunar\js\sns-script.js, find and comment this code bellow:
$('#sns_menu').removeClass('keep-menu-show').fadeOut();
