Your settings is not wrong, if use the subcategories instead the HTML block, that is more dificult to config. To solve this problem, you can go to the SNS Theme >> SNS Aio >> Advance setting >> Custom Css, and add the code below:

.level1.nav-1-7.group-block {
clear: both;
}

into end of there.
