Hi,

In the template custom attribute Color in enabled for a product NEW PRODUCT, and is a mandatory field. When we are trying to add the product to cart from product list page pop up is coming asking for the required field. Until we enter a value into the text box it is not allowing the product to add to cart it is working properly here.

But from product detail page, When we are trying to add the product to the cart without entering the custom value it is throwing a pop to add to the cart, when we are clicking on add to cart it is not getting added.

As per the functionality, on product detail page when we click on add to cart without entering the custom value it need to ask for the mandatory field and need to show warning. Please look into it.
