i have checked the php configuration on my site:
https://harleysfurniture.co.uk/phpinfo.php and it seem to be compatible with the requirement for importing demo contents.

When i’m at following url from clicking on the sns simen and demo content:
https://harleysfurniture.co.uk/wp-admin/admin.php?page=snssimen_themeoptions_options
