Sorry, we dont support to embed a video in the revolution slider, please custom yourself.
About the changing the text color, you can mofify this at skin\frontend\default\sns_ostore\sns\revolutionslider\css\settings.css, or skin\frontend\default\sns_ostore\sns\revolutionslider\css\revolution-customs.css
