I have an issue with the SNS Kalolia Shop Theme.

I instaled the theme and all the plugins, everything is up to date.
I did the manipulations in the tutorial (folder changes in ftp, php settings etc…).

After getting in touch with our web hosting service, we have been assured that the import function of WordPress is working.

We also used this function on another website to import demo content from another theme and everything worked fine.
