If it just simple that you want to migrate, than you can move all the file from public_html/dev to public_html/
After that please go to the database on PhpMyadmin, find the table named ‘core_config_data’, edit the url at ‘web/unsecure/base_url’, and ‘web/secure/base_url’ to correctly.
