Yes, I have seen all of your site.
The issue short description on shoping cart is quite strange, and I have edited the file app\design\frontend\default\sns_kalins\template\checkout\cart\item\default.phtml, add the code below
<?php if($_option['label'] == 'Short Description') {continue; }?>

to right after the code:
<?php $_formatedOptionValue = $this->getFormatedOptionValue($_option) ?>.
This make the short description not showing on the shopping cart.

About the menu issue, I have checked so many times but not seen that. So, please try to refresh cache on your site and your browser, see whether the issue has solved.
