My product zoom options doesn’t work, on the sara theme

have zoom, and you can select type of zoom, if is inner or outer or lens.

But on my theme the same product dont work, even i when i select the type of zoom on backoffice doesn’t work.

The product sidebar the same, doesnt work when i activate, there is no sidebar.
