How can i change the language dropdown and currency in the header?

How can I remove the products being displayed in the middle of the description box on the product pages?
eg. http://vanity.sydney/shop/bathroom-accessories/new-modern-square-matte-black-metal-robetowel-hook-bathroom-accessories/

If I turn the sticky menu on, the css styling disappears.
